Plaque Guard™ Usage Instructions for Dogs and Cats Water Additive

1. Shake Well:
   • Shake the bottle well before each use. Natural sediments are normal.

1. Mixing:
   • Mix 3ml of Plaque Guard™ with 500 ml of water.

1. Daily Maintenance:
   • Change your pet’s water dish daily to ensure freshness.

1. Initial Use:
   • Use 1/2 the recommended dose for the first week to allow your pets to become accustomed to it if it’s their first time using Plaque Guard™.

1. Storage:
   • Refrigeration is recommended after opening.

   • All Cats: 1/8 teaspoon (0.61 ml) daily.
